PHOTOJAX needs cellphone photos for 5 x 500 project.

The first annual PhotoJax is a few weeks away and they have a really cool project for you to get involved with. 5 X 500.

“Hey my uncle is a phototgrapher!  I’ve heard that for 15 years when someone approaches me when I’m on location.

Now with our camera phones everyone is a photographer.

I’ve seen a lot of cool photos from friends. So this is your time to shine.

Submit your cellphone photos to 5 x 500 here and have them projected on MOCA’s exterior wall.

2011 Beer Mile Photos-There will be projectile.

Football season is upon us which also means the Annual Beer Mile Projectile Classic.

(Not sure what the formal name is.  Any suggestions?)

There was sweat, beer and yes, vomit.

I have had a lot of requests to do a beach session for those people who don’t like to cross the ditch.

Mini PhoDOGraphy sessions on July 30, 2011 at Atlantic Beach, 18th street beach access.

A one dog session is $75 and includes an 8×10 print.

I’ll be starting a session every 15 minutes from 8:00 am-11:00 am. Example: 8:00, 9:00, 9:15, 9:30, 9:45, 10:00…

PhoDOGraphy Spring Shoot. Awesome day!

Had a lot of fun on Saturday during our Spring Special. Perfect weather.

I know it’s tough for the beach folks to get downtown on a Saturday morning.

So I may organize a beach shoot in the next month or two.

RAM. Toyota’s Farm to Table event

I had to pull myself out of the 15K River Run Saturday morning because of a foot injury.

I was bummed but it freed me up to attend Toyota’s Farm to Table at RAM.

Here is a summary from their website:

Created in 2009, the Toyota Farm to Table Tour travels to farmers markets around the country to showcase the connection between chefs and the farmers that produce and sell locally grown ingredients. In support of all the benefits markets offer their communities, Toyota makes a donation to each partnering farmers market on the Tour.

I didn’t stay for the whole day. I did see the following booths:
