That shank at Vito’s was to die for.

As well as the pork from Bistro Aix.  Any time I can hang out with Chef Tom Grey, I’m down.  Class act!

I want to know what your go to dish is at your favorite restaurant?

The trout at Orsay could be a death row meal for me. So good.

Creative Company rocked!

I spoke at a great event yesterday.

From the Bold Bean Coffee in the morning. To the overwhelming knowledge offered on stage.  To the delicious People’s Pale Ale at the end. The whole day was insightful and I was stoked to be a part of it.

Keep your eyes on Creative Company.

If they have another conference in the future I will attend again. No doubt.
